Christmas Choices
Hi Everyone! The Festive Season is in full swing and all the craziness that goes with it. Is Christmas a time to be dreaded by people who have made the smart decision to follow a healthy, slim way of life?
NO! It’s just going to be Christmas with a difference!

It starts with the CHOICE – a choice and decision to be healthier, happier, slimmer, sexier & confident – no matter what. A CHOICE to take action. A CHOICE to make a conscious decision about WHAT & HOW MUCH food we put into our mouths. Think about the food choices you have made in the past – have they contributed to the weight you find yourself at now? Have those choices been smart & healthy? Have they been in your best interest? It is never too late to make new choices!
Now that you have made the CHOICE, are you prepared to take the CHANCE? Take the CHANCE that YOU can follow through on the new choices you made, that you can also be a successful weight loser, that the Slender Wonder Program will get you to your goal weight ( although this is not a “chance” – it will, as long as you follow the guidelines
Then watch the CHANGE, the transformation from a fat, sluggish, unhappy caterpillar into a beautiful, vibrant, energetic, confident, happy butterfly! “If you do what you have always done, you will get what you’ve always got”
So what are you “weighting” for?
Make the CHOICE to take a CHANCE and make the CHANGE! What have you got to lose?? Kgs of unwanted, unhealthy FAT!
On Christmas day, when everyone is piling the food on their plates, step back and think about what that quantity & quality of food is doing to your body. Of course you can have a good time, just CHOOSE what you put on your plate!
Choose the breast of the chicken & do your best to judge the weight. Stay away from the Gammon, Pork & Lamb. DON”T MIX YOUR PROTEINS!
Choose the salad /veg that is allowed and again, do your best to judge the weight. Stay away from the roast potatoes, the butternut, pumpkin.
Have the diet cool drinks. Stay away from the alcohol!
Have some fruit salad for the pudding.
Remember, this is only a small sacrifice for a short period of time. Once you have reached your goal weight, you can have some of the “indulgences” in moderation. This is just 1 Christmas amongst many more to come ……. & wouldn’t you like to look healthy and gorgeous for those?
So rather than feeling like this after Christmas day
Make a choice to change and let THIS be how you feel!
